Meet Heather Itz

Heather Itz was born and raised in the small German town of Fredericksburg, Texas, and moved to Arizona during the Summer of 2012.

In 2021 Heather made the top 2% in Real Estate transactions and top 10% in sales volume.

Heather enjoys going back and visiting the 55+ communities, often stopping with her daughter to volunteer during events and checking in with former clients who have come to feel like old friends.

“I LOVE the 55+ community”, Heather said smiling, “It’s where I got my start in Real Estate. I truly enjoy helping people find their next home – of any kind. Vacation homes are just as fun as first-time homes, and both are as exciting as helping first-time home buyers find their dream home.”
